Begin with a guided movement class designed to help you connect with your body and ignite your endorphins.

The Recovery Ritual
Explore cryotherapy, the steam room, salt room, and red light therapy through a coordinated recovery journey. Guests rotate through the available experiences, with time to slow down and discover something new.

The Ritual Edit
Join dermatologist Dr. Carter-Snell and Dr. Bryanne Standifer-Barrett, a board-certified internal medicine physician and menopause specialist, for practical conversations about skin health and women’s wellness. Learn directly from the experts, explore everyday rituals, and bring your questions.

Nourishment Throughout the Evening
Enjoy curated healthy bites, wellness shots, and mocktails thoughtfully selected to complement your experience.

The Wellness Marketplace

Discover new favorites and shop our curated Wellness Marketplace at no additional cost. Included with your ticket, this experience invites you to select from an assortment of beauty, wellness, and everyday ritual essentials to take home.

Recovery experiences follow a coordinated rotation.

Tickets are non-refundable and may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.
